Corporate Floristry Course at the Academy of Floral Art is perfectly structured for the Commercial Florist who would like to specialize in supplying flower arrangements to Businesses, Corporate Offices, Reception/Front Desks in Commercial Buildings, Banks, Hotels, Shopping Centres; i.e. Restaurants, Real Estate Offices, Hairdressers and  Travel Agencies.

A large amount of flowers are usually purchased from Market for this sort of business and these are usually arranged the day before delivering to the recipients. Although, you may use a Courier later, initially, until you are fully established, many times you will want to be involved closely to ensure your clients are happy and make sure that everything is perfect for them. Good communication and marketing is very important in this business.

Our Corporate Floristry Course is completely focused on Corporate Design, the flowers, foliage, containers are only those suitable for business with lasting quality for your clientele. You will learn suitable designs for every situation; air-conditioning, lighting and sunlight all being taken into consideration. The colour co-ordination and flower combinations/types are very important for this specialized work.

Duration: 8 weeks x 2 hours of Corporate Design,  plus 8 weeks x 3 hours of your choice of: Special Events or Commercial Floristry, for the Commercial Certificate Course.

Location: Wiseman’s Ferry, NSW.

Times:     10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (+ half hour lunchbreak.)

Materials: Included are all flowers, foliage, vases and sundries.

Options:  Choice of days are Thurs. Frid. or Saturdays.

Corporate Floristry Course is a complete Course focusing on flowers and design for Corporate customers, designs suitable for Offices, Corporate companies, Seminars, Conferences and large functions requiring centre-pieces.

 

Course Costs

OUR COURSE PRICES INCLUDE ALL FLOWERS, VASES, CONTAINERS, RIBBONS & ALL MATERIALS FOR CLASSES.

The Commercial Certificate Corporate Floristry Course is priced at $5,980 all inclusive. Please Note: This Course uses many more flowers compared to other Courses, as we are completing many larger designs and working faster due to the fact, students are at an Advanced level.

You may pay a deposit of $2,980 to enrol and the balance one month prior to your commencement date.

Our classes are one-to-one “hands-on” training, we guarantee you will have the same teacher for your entire Course in a class of no more than 3- 4 Students at Wiseman’s Ferry.

Terms and Conditions:

1. To enrol in a long Term Course, I understand I must pay the deposit (as stated under Course) and the balance in full at least one month prior to commencement date.

OR for Intensive Courses, I am aware I may enrol and pay in full no later than 3 weeks prior to commencement to receive 5 or 6 nights free Accommodation (provided you live more than 70 kms away) at the Retreat (4 Star) Hotel,, Wiseman’s Ferry, (unless it is fully booked, e.g. Christmas and School holidays, or mid-year Conference time).

OR, when I book a 1, 2 or 4 day Workshop, or Hobby/Home Design Classes, I am aware I must pay in full when making a reservation, at least 3 weeks prior to commencing the class of my choice. Please Note: We recommend that bookings are made as early as possible to ensure there is a space available and accommodation too, if required.

2. I understand that the Academy does not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, damage or loss of property during my attendance there.

3. I am aware that courses and dates should not be changed once booked. However, any alterations would require 8 days notice by email. Should less notice be given, I accept that I must pay again for the flowers, if ordered, for the classes missed. Should I need to cancel for any reason, I am aware that my deposit is not refundable due to small class numbers. Should I commence my Course and cancel prior to completion, I am aware that no refund will be given.
Although, we do our best to assist when difficulties arise unexpectedly.

4. Should you have enrolled and payment is not received when agreed or, 3 weeks to one month prior to commencement; your Course will be put back to the date stated by the Academy of Floral Art, to allow time for purchase of the Stock, Florist Sundries and fresh Flowers to be ordered for your Course.

5. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations of the Academy of Floral Art’s policy.

6. Should your Teacher have an accident or become suddenly ill, the Academy will contact you by text and email to postpone the class, a future class date will be arranged with you as soon as possible, this would only be in an extreme case.

7. Missed lessons must be made up within the same period of your course dates booked, or these may not be available to make up due to fully booked classes. All missed classes will expire at the end of the year of the originally booked enrollment.
