This workshop is a full day there is so much to learn to assist you on this special day where Florists turnover more flower stock than any other day of the year.
• This takes organisation and so much planning, extra staff, working a week before and on the day having all orders ready to be delivered early and having a large variety of stock designs and bouquets to choose from ready for walk-ins and new phone orders.
• Loads of help is what you need, every friend, relative and casual staff member should be booked for the day before and on the day.
• You will learn what to buy, how to buy and when to buy. How not to understock or overstock, its all about management and being prepared.
• Florists and their staff should attend this course to ensure their shop runs smoothly for the whole week prior and especially on the day.
This is more than just a Workshop. Book early to ensure you get a place in class.
Note: Flowers, designs, containers in photo do not represent exact floral design in workshop; as it depends on fresh cut commercial flowers available during the season and containers available in stock from our suppliers.
