Terms and Conditions
Academy Of Floral Art terms and conditions are for students enrolled into a course or workshop. You agree to these t & c once a deposit or full payment is made.
Academy Rules and Regulations:
- We accept payment by Direct Deposit, or Cash to enrol.
- The deposit is half your Course cost and payable upon booking your Course. There are no refunds due to our small classes under any circumstances. Final payment must be made 1 month prior to commencement date. Receipts will be sent to you once payment is viewed in our bank account.
- Should you injure yourself while attending classes at the Academy of Floral Art, we do not accept responsibility for any injury or damages to personal property. Please Note: Always make sure you can see all your fingers before cutting stems or anything, never glance up while cutting.
- Should you become sick with perhaps, covid, or other illness, please advise us immediately. Flowers must be cancelled within 24 hours prior to your absence and must be paid for again upon your return.
- Flowers may be taken home at the end of each day or at the end of each week. Please bring a couple of shallow boxes and towels to keep your car seats dry.
- Should you wish to attend your course/workshop with a friend or relative please let us know to ensure you are placed in the same class.
- Please bring an A4 notebook with lines, a pen and pencil/rubber; hand towel, hand sanitiser is provided here, camera or iPad/iPhone to take photos of each design. Always make sure your background is blank,(no clutter); take more photos at home once the flowers open/bloom.
- Certificates will be issued on the last day of your Course.
